Difficult access insert simulating a 'tipping' port, which is placed in the recessed area on Chester Chest. When accessing the implanted port through the overlying outer tissue flap, it simulates a properly placed port on the upper portion of the insert, or a 'tilting' or 'tipping' port when placed in the lower portion of the insert.
